- Like all humans, you have a tremendous inner intelligence that can help you heal trauma and get unstuck. Psychedelics have proven to be helpful in unlocking that inner healing intelligence.
- I offer the following services.
- Psychedelic preparation: “Set and setting” are critical to a beneficial psychedelic voyage. I can help you explore concerns, worries, and fears about your journey, and help you to prepare your space and surroundings for the day, to give you the greatest possible chance of meeting any complexities with equanimity and curiosity. I can also help you identify when it might not be the right time to take a journey.
- Psychedelic integration: Most of the healing work occurs after your journey is done, in the days, weeks, and even months following. Getting the most out of a psychedelic experience requires intentional and ongoing integration of what you’ve experienced. I can help you explore different modes of integration, and be a sounding board for thoughts and feelings that came up for you during your time with the mystery.
- Psychedelics are not a replacement for therapy, and I can help you identify when it might be best to call in a professional for additional support.

- I’ve spent many years in tech as a queer woman; I’m often the only person that looks like me in the room. You may have your own intersectionalities that have put you outside the “norm” in tech, or you may simply value speaking to someone with a distinct perspective from your own. Either way, I can help you get clarity about the right next step on your career journey.
- I offer coaching and mentorship around the following issues.
- Career milestones, like working towards promotion
- Finding a right-sized “next challenge” to uplevel your technical skills
- Changing roles or companies
- Deciding among job offers
- Taking medical or personal leave
- Interpersonal challenges with managers or colleagues
- The specific challenges of FAANG companies

My Approach
It’s normal to wonder how all this works. Every situation is different, but it all starts with a first conversation.

Step One: Connect
I begin by understanding your unique journey and your unique situation. You might know exactly what you want, or you may have nothing but questions and curiosity; either way, let’s connect to see if working together feels right.
Step Two: Tailored Services
We’ll collaborate to help you select the services that meet your needs, and we’ll sign a contract to work together, so that everyone has full clarity about our working relationship.
Step Three: Work Together and Iterate
If our best-laid plans prove to be the wrong ones, we can tweak and redefine as we go.
